Each house can be booked room by room or as a whole – from a single room to a family unit. Double rooms and apartments are air-conditioned; the single rooms have ceiling fans.
Airport pick-up, meals, massage, scooter, taxi – all of it belongs to the resort and is arranged by our team on site. Nothing to organise, nothing to hunt for.
No haggling at the terminal, no changing vehicles with your luggage, no three-hour hunt for a van. Our driver waits at the exit with your name – and takes you back on your departure day.
Free from seven nights. For shorter stays at a fixed price you know before you book.
Right on the beach, both belong to the resort. Filipino and international cooking by our own team – for house guests only.
Our own massage house on the grounds, no travelling required. Short-notice bookings are usually possible.
Antique on your own: Tibiao, fishing villages, the coast road. One scooter is available – please ask early. Otherwise our taxi takes you.
If you would rather not drive: our driver takes you to the market, on a day trip or out for dinner, and brings you back.
All rates are per person per night. The airport transfer from seven nights is already included – as is Wi-Fi, final cleaning and the use of the beach and bar.

Most travellers turn Antique into an exhausting day trip from Iloilo. From here you are there in half an hour.

We are an Austrian family who built something in the Philippines that did not exist here before: a small resort with European reliability and Filipino hospitality.
Everything is looked after by our family on site. They cook, they care for the houses, they drive you to the waterfalls. When you write, a person answers – in English, German or Filipino.
Wi-Fi across the resort. We will tell you the current measured speed on request – it is enough for video calls and remote work.
Basic medical care in the village, the nearest hospital in San Jose de Buenavista. We arrange transport if needed.
It is warm here all year round, and every evening the sun sets over the open sea. Tell us when you would like to come – we will tell you honestly what to expect at that time.
Most nationalities enter visa-free for 30 days. Longer stays are possible with an eVisa applied for online. We will send you the instructions.
Yes, in our own restaurant on the beach. Breakfast € 6, lunch or dinner € 9 per person. Half and full board are bookable – the rates are above.
Deposit by bank transfer to an Austrian account, the balance on site. An invoice from Austria on request.

Flexible cancellation terms apply during the rainy season. We keep you informed and always find a solution.
